Worked in project management with the complete renovation of an old Radisson hotel consisting of two existing 14 floor towers on Marco Island, FL. Both existing towers were converted into 72 (2) bedroom and (2) bath time share units. Also constructed four additional floors with post tension cables to the existing towers with three new elevator cores, a pool bar and grill with a full service kitchen, and two new custom pools constructed with gunite.
Customary duties and activities performed include the following:
* Checking, expediting, and coordinating shop drawings
* Expediting and coordinating the delivery of materials
* Receiving and distributing drawings, specifications, and other contract documents (processing all RFI’s and submittals)
* Execution and completion of processing change orders
* Execution and completion of subcontractor buyout and purchasing
* Execution and completion of Marriott’s punch lists for each unit
* Processing of all closeout documents, subcontractor warranties and requirements to the owner

Worked with project manager in the construction of a 250,000 S.F. outdoor open air retail development consisting of 5 different buildings with a total of 40 different tenant spaces.
Customary duties and activities performed include the following:
* Checking, expediting, and coordinating shop drawings
* Expediting and coordinating the delivery of materials
* Receiving and distributing drawings, specifications, and other contract documents (processing all RFI’s and submittals)
* Execution and completion of Owner punch out lists
* Keeping track of pricing for potential change orders due to revisions made to the drawings.
* Processing of all closeout documents and requirements to the owner
Pulte Homes
Ironwood (residential development), Jacksonville, FL.
Superintendent
May 2005 – November 2006
Personally responsible for the start to finish construction of single-family homes in Ironwood. The first floor of each house was constructed of concrete masonry block with the second floor being stick framed. I met a four month production schedule for each house, which is from prepping the pad and setting up of forms through homeowner closing.
My supervisory responsibilities as a superintendent include, but are not limited to the following:
* Coordinate, direct, and schedule the work of all selected subcontractors and act as a quality control representative for the owner
* Responsible for 10-15 homes at a time
* Coordinate and schedule the delivery of all materials for each house built
* Issue purchase orders to subcontractors for additional materials
* Setting up inspections with the city inspector and coordinating with inspectors to insure compliance before each new phase of a subcontractor’s work is started

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Passed the State of Florida General Contractor’s Exam in February 2006 and was signed off in January 2009. I currently hold an inactive status Building Contractor’s License for Florida.
