Full P&L responsibility for the startup and build out of all Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Operations in the Northeast U.S. for this leading National DESCO with required regional revenues of $50M annually. This includes Business Plan Development and Execution, Logistics, Site acquisition and the hiring and training of all Marketing, Sales, Operations Deployment, Finance and Business Management human resources.
Heavy focus on acquiring RFP’s for large scale Solar/PV system design and construction. Currently managing the marketing, design, engineering and build out of over $120M in bid’s for 500kW to 10MW Solar Systems managing PPA agreements and SREC’s. Early stage rollout requires the management of numerous trade sub-contractor companies in both union and non-union environment in the Northeast. Well versed in all Federal, State and Utility incentives with an in-depth understanding of regulatory policy and trends. Reporting directly to the CEO.

Founder and Operating Partner started and funded this diverse holding company that specializes in consulting, real estate development, construction, technology and healthcare. ARIA and its subsidiaries acquired properties for development of affordable housing and senior assisted care living centers. ARIA consulted for, created and executed various projects in Real Estate, Technology, Health Care and Renewable Energy. Responsible for all marketing, sales, business plan development, funding, project design and construction. Acquired all Zoning, Planning and City approvals in addition to integrating various Federal, State and Local programs and authorities for the execution real estate development projects.
2000 – 2001 Vice President - Strategic Accounts OnTera Broadband, Inc.
As Senior Executive in charge of National Marketing and Contract Sales for this Start-up Wholesale DSL/Broadband Technology provider, secured nationwide deals with strategic companies to rollout technology services throughout the United States.
Total responsibility for major client marketing nationally selling DSL based High Speed Internet Access, Voice Services and Direct TV Satellite Television. Negotiated and managed multi-million dollar contracts with national real estate holding companies creating alliances with these publicly traded (REIT’s) Real Estate Investment Trust organizations. Responsible for managing the company wide sales, “Pipeline,†and developing new business, marketing strategies and programs along with complex financial models to differentiate this company’s offerings from the competition. As the Senior/Lead Project Manager for DVI a boutique technology, management and engineering consulting firm, had full responsibility for this highly complex technology design, acquisition and build out of the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority Headquarters -Technology Center.
Bottom Line responsibility for the management of this $50M technology design and build-out of the MTA’s - HQ project that consisted of the total renovation of a 1.6M sq. ft. building for all technology infrastructures, systems and services and the construction of a 35,000 sq. ft. data-telecom center. Delivered fully operational Y2K compliant state-of-the-art, secure data-telecom center serving 4,000 employees networked to all agencies throughout the NY Metro area. Management of a diverse in-house staff and 10 outside technology contractors. Reported directly to the DVI – CEO and MTA Executive management.

Founder and President of this management and technology consulting and contracting firm that grew from start-up to a value in excess of $25M. Directly responsible for funding, developing, building, growing, and managing the entire business and all new business efforts for the company and its Fortune 100 clients.
As President managed 120 employees and numerous contractor companies that delivered Telecom, Video, Data, Building and Home Automation, Energy Management and Consumer Electronics systems and services to subscribers over large geographic areas.
