Scheduling
 Compare original project status vs. actual duration and completion of activities
 Create, monitor and update schedule as necessary to reflect changes/delays
 Review critical path method using either SureTrak or Microsoft Project
 Provide recommendations to resolve issues involving costly delays and budget over-runs
Bid Structure
 Breakdown the estimate into various components to determine the scope of work required
 Analyze the cost of materials and labor to determine the most appropriate use of resources
 Solicit information from Project Manager and Superintendent to formulate estimate
 Compile a data base of approved sub-contractors/vendors
 Submit project documents to subs with timely follow up, to insure quick turn-a-round of proposals
Administration
 Work with Accounting to insure that invoices match deliverables
 Perform periodic financial reports to ensure that costs are assigned to correct accounts
 Track actual expenditures vs. the established budget
 Prepare and mail invoices to clients
 Update and distribute financial summaries to project leaders
 Organize and maintain project accounting files
Operations
 Maintained inventory, placed orders, and stocked office supplies
 Processed incoming/outgoing mail
 Screened calls that came into the operator mailbox
Liability/Warranty Issues
 Maintained a current file of sub-contractor insurance credentials
 Compiled and updated an operational safety manual in compliance with OSHA standards
 Archived job/plan information and distributed close-out warranty docs
