Install R-20 wall insulation and Neoprene foam insulation on copper piping, Install rolled sleeves and clamps for neoprene foam.

Lay-out structures from design-build blueprints. Install most underground utilities such as; electrical duct bank, potable and non potable water lines, sewer lines, carbon and stainless piping before structure footings, piers, and slabs. Set anchor bolts and embedded steel plates. Layout from surveyors’ grid coordinates. Used manual and digital transits. Shoot elevation grades from established surveyors’ benchmarks. Used Symons forms and did form take-offs for specified sizes of footings, foundations, piers and walls with all specified hardware needed for each concrete pour. Ordered materials, equipment and manpower as needed for the duration of each project. Supervised Carpenters, Rodbusters, Concrete Finishers, Heavy Equipment Operators and Labors. Schedule soil density tests and concrete testing per geotechnical report. Submit two week look-ahead reports for the Civil Dept. and attend daily superintendents meetings to plan work according to the master schedule. Lay-out and set tanks, pumps and heat exchangers, Shoot elevations for suction and discharge lines for Ethanol plants of 100 million gallons per year to 35 million gallons per year. Iron connector, fabricate embedded steel plates with nelson studs, install v-deck for elevated slab pours, install bent plate, grating, stairwells.

Demolition walls and add new walls as needed for refurbishing of one to four bedroom homes. Hang sheet rock and tape and bed. Texture walls and ceilings. Install kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Install exterior storm doors and screen doors, hang interior doors and windows with all necessary hardware. Install tack strip and lay carpet. Install ceramic floor tile and bathroom tile, plus linoleum tiles.

Used Symons forms and Symons maxa-forms systems for generator foundations, pedestals and piers, also for turbine foundations, pedestals and piers. Set anchor bolts and embedded steel plates. Built cooling tower sump basins and foundations. Form and pour concrete for underground utilities such as duct banks and thrust block concrete for high pressure fire water lines. Plant sizes was 500 to 1,000 megawatts.

Built paper mill using Symons forms for foundations, pedestals, piers and walls. Build tank footings and ring walls. Form for tank and equipment pad concrete.
