ï·1010 Mass Avenue, $34M, 14-story high rise condominium in Washington DC. Provided on site supervision and coordination for excavation, sheeting and shoring for a three -level below grade parking structure. Coordinated and verified cabinet and countertop layouts and assured guaranteed dimensions were maintained during the interiors construction.
ï·WorldCom Operations Center, phases 1 through 4, $300 M, Liaison for construction operations between owner department
representatives and construction design and building teams, ensured schedule was maintained by setting and enforcing

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2007 – 2009 Superintendent, Facchina MidAtlantic, Gaithersburg, MD
Responsible for the efficient execution in the placement of all concrete, structural steel, stone cladding, waterproofing, balconies and glazing systems on a $158M, 31-story, ultra-luxury high rise condominium (Turnberry Tower). Accountable for all subcontractors associated in execution of this work, including planning and scheduling, daily completion requirements, quality assurance and intercompany communication.
• Prioritized and resolved issues design issues with architect and glazing contractor to produce coordinated drawings to enable glass installation to meet project schedule.
• Managed the total development, coordination and installation of an under-designed $4.5M roof assembly that included all building mechanical systems and a double structural steel system that interfaced with several architectural features that combined to create one cohesive rooftop effect.
• Created several measures to allow release of interior work prior to completion of the building exterior thereby reducing overall schedule by two months.
2005– 2007 Superintendent, Glen Construction, Gaithersburg, MD
Managed all phases of the construction process for a $34M, 14-story high rise condominium (1010 Mass Avenue).
Some activities included schedule maintenance, oversight and coordination subcontractors. Directly supervised dozens of
subcontractors to carry out all construction and material supply services.
• With a $3M interior stone package purchased from and templated in China, successfully coordinated all kitchen and
Bathroom subcontractors in order to provide guaranteed dimensions to cabinet and stone subcontractor.
• Created and implemented a plan to correct major inconsistency with excavation support contractor wherein the schedule included a three month duration but the subcontract included a five month duration.
2003– 2005 Vice President of Operations, Britt Construction, Chantilly, VA
Responsible for professional execution of all phases of construction for seven projects totaling over $20M. Directly
supervised twelve team members including project managers, superintendents and administrative staff. Created and
maintained analyses scrutinizing fiscal and manpower efficiency for each project.
• Managed settlement and closeout process left incomplete by preceding management team.
• Planned, implemented and monitored progress of all project schedules and budgets, including a $5.3M addition/renovation.
• Changed sequencing of a 22,000 square-foot renovation to shorten the project duration by nearly six months.

• Acted as primary liaison to the owner and design team for all construction issues for duration of each project.
