I possess extensive experience in all facets of project management and specialize in MEP trades as well as facilities, construction, engineering and maintenance, as well as environmental maintenance. I have consistently updated my knowledge in order to stay current with technological advances. I have a solid background in construction, preventive and corrective maintenance, along with interior and exterior maintenance. I hold a New Jersey Black Seal Boiler License; have held an A.C.N.J. General Contractors License Class 1, and both New Jersey and Connecticut Key Gaming Licenses. I have been instrumental in the operations, staffing and running of six major casinos facilities and EVS departments including: Claridge Hotel and Casino, Trump Plaza, Trump Regency Hotel and Casino, Mohegan Sun Casino, Sun International Paradise Island Hotel and Casino, Mohegan Sun Burst Hotel and Casino and reopened Resorts Beach Club in Atlantic City. I worked on a project at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NYC as the Senior Project Manager, MEP. 5/04 to 01/09 RC Dolner Construction Company, Metropolitan Museum of Art, NYC
ï‚Ÿ SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER/MEP work with other team members to establish budgets, create schedules for bidding on various projects. Presently working on the Metropolitan Museum of Art with a major renovation on the Greek and Roman wings, which entails removing the roof, going up two stories and down one story in some unexcavated locations in the basement. Total square feet are 90,000. Removal of all the old MEP and still keep the existing building running as many of the MEP items are tied into the galleries that are open. The scheduling and timing of new systems to the old is very sensitive. Responsible for installation of all mechanical, electric, and plumbing systems, chiller plants, electrical switch gear, surveillance, data and communications systems and elevators. Complied with budget constraints of $30 million for the MEP portion of the project.
10/99 to 10/03 MOHEGAN TRIBE, Uncasville, CT
 SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER reporting to tribal chairman. Act as owner’s representative on tribal development design team for many projects including: Phase II Mohegan Sun Burst 1300 room hotel; 10,000 seat arena; 75,000 square feet convention center; 125,000 square feet casino; 100,000 square feet retail mall with four parking garages, employee center, day care center; church addition; elder residential housing and two 200kw fuel cell projects. Oversaw central plant design and construction and commissioned start-up of seven chillers of 1475 tons and two 1100-ton chillers for a total of 12,525 tons as well as four high-pressure boilers of 1800 BHP and two of 700 BHP for a total of 8,600 BHP.
ï‚Ÿ DIRECTOR, BOARD OF DIRECTORS - Oversee and negotiate contracts for electric, gas, water and sewerage. Supervised installation of 2.1 million gallon water tank, II lines and pumps for sewerage treatment plant in Montville, CT with two SBR, bubble system, solid waste hold area electric controls and generator back up, seven miles of forced main and gravity to plant, four lift stations. Electrical plant to handle a 28-mega watt load and all underground cables in duct banks for over eight miles of data and phone as well as high-pressure gas main with appropriate PRV stations with a total budget of $58 million designed and built in 2-1/2 years.
1995 to Present MOHEGAN TRIBAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY, Uncasville, CT
ï‚Ÿ DIRECTOR/MEMBER - Responsible for forming original Utilities Authority. Worked closely with the legal team and Bureau of Indian Affairs for approval of Authority and contract with other electric, gas, water and sewerage companies. Responsible for installation and operation of all utilities on 250-acre reservation. Upgraded water and sewerage system for local towns that entailed adding lift stations, generators, SBR, water and sewerage lines, electric duct banks, and data from different companies and contractors. Supervised over 250 contractors and in-house personnel. Budget of over $28 million. Negotiated contracts with electrical, gas and transport companies for natural gas and water.
9/97 to 10/99 RESORTS BEACH CLUB (A Sun International Property) Atlantic City, NJ
ï‚Ÿ VICE PRESIDENT ENGINEERING, FACILITIES, CONSTRUCTION, EVS - Part of design team analyzing various plans for aging Resorts demolition to a $1 billion complete makeover of 600 room hotel, casino and restaurants. Managed, maintained and over saw a cleaning staff of many Atlantic City and offshore company properties. Controlled total operations budget of $38 million, crew of 400 employees and outside contractors.

6/97 to 10/99 SUN INTERNATIONAL, Paradise Island, Bahamas
ï‚Ÿ VICE PRESIDENT ENGINEERING AND FACILITIES - Actively participated in design plans for mechanical, electric, and plumbing of central plant and expansions of water and sewerage treatment plant. Assisted with building systems startup and commissioning as well as budgeting and management. These plants serviced residential homes, hotels and condos. The addition to the sewage treatment plant was a 3SBR bubble system solid waste hold area, electrical controls with a generator back up, two lift pump stations and 20 miles of pipe. The water sewage treatment plant and all pipe and pump stations were owned by Sun International on the island of Nassau Paradise Island in the Bahamas with a staff of 30 employees.
9/95 to 6/97 SUN INTERNATIONAL, NORTH AMERICA, USA
ï‚Ÿ VICE PRESIDENT ENGINEERING, FACILITIES, CONSTRUCTION, EVS - As member of design team, actively participated in planning and construction of Mohegan Sun Phase One. Responsible for installation of all mechanical, electric, and plumbing systems, boiler and chiller plant, electrical switchgear and generators, kitchen, surveillance, data and communications systems, and elevators and escalators. Oversaw all contractors, in-house employees during construction. Complied with budget constraints of $40 million. Oversaw a staff of 200 EVS employees.
6/86 to 6/95 TRUMP PLAZA HOTEL AND CASINO, Atlantic City, NJ
 DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES, ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE, EVS within Atlantic City’s only 4-Star/ 4-Diamond hotel casino. Responsible for all phases of construction, remodeling, maintenance, and additions in Trump Plaza, Penthouse, and Trump Regency as well as offshore properties (warehouse, office complex). Oversaw all life safety systems, all equipment for surveillance, gaming, kitchen and bar. Managed Engineering and Environmental departments with a combined staff of over 400 as well as adaptable construction crew. Oversaw preventive maintenance programs and renovations to over 1100 hotel rooms, meeting and convention space in both Plaza and Regency properties. Controlled construction budget in excess of $25 million in addition to departmental budget over $20 million. Served as General Contractor for demolition of Penthouse structure as well as renovations to Holiday Inn building, which houses Warner Brothers Studio Store. Was responsible to over see all public areas cleaning with a staff of 275 union employees.

 MECHANIC, FOREMAN, CHIEF ENGINEER - Advanced from Mechanic, Foreman, Assistant Project Manager to Chief Engineer. Responsible for maintenance and renovations in high-rise. Worked on construction of Dell Webb’s Claridge Casino Hotel and assumed responsibilities as Chief Engineer. In this capacity was responsible for daily hotel/casino maintenance and renovations, all life safety systems and all equipment for surveillance, gaming, restaurant and bar.
