Charged with managing construction activities ( proposals, budgeting, scheduling, job costing, accounts receivable/payable, Change orders and Requests for Information.), monitoring the operation and preparing final closeout documentation such as As-built drawings and occupancy permits.
Inspired field employee’s to accomplish common goals and develop strong business relationships with the sub-contractors on site. Managed and quality control tested several projects with budgets over $12 Million dollars.
Prepared and submitted all material data sheets to the owner and Architect on each project.
Quickly and accurately submitted all Requests for Information to the proper agency.
Professionally quantified and submitted all Change order requests from each sub-contractor.
Tracked and managed all submittal documents using Computer ease 97 software.
