Provided Project Management required for $80 million renovation project to dramatically redesign the museum's structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Responsibilities; contract negotiations, budgets, schedules, managing and coordination of sub contractors, responded to over 3500 RFI’s, prepared scope of work for field change orders, implemented and tracked cost for contract changes.
Howard Hughes Medical Institute - Leesburg, Virginia
Managed the construction of a $400 million Bio Medical Research Institute, Conference Center/ and Hotel. The 600,000 SF facility is the largest structurally glazed building with a landscaped green roof ever constructed in the United States.
Responsibilities; Sr. Architectural Engineer Managed and coordinated sub contractors, prepared scopes of work, contract negotiations, budgeting, scheduling, implementing and tracking submittals, RFI’s and field change orders.
Washington Dulles International Airport Dulles, Virginia
Dulles International Airport Underground Train stations $250 million project. Construction of train stations in the main terminal for the underground people mover system train stations in the main terminal. The challenge was to provide heavy construction (ie: drilling micro piles, blasting rock, demolition and excavation work) all directly below the main terminal in a major operating airport without disrupting airport services. As Corps of Engineers Quality Control Certified Manager, Implemented and managed the quality assurance and quality control program, provided civil engineering to resolved design issues. Processed change orders, submittals and RFI’s.
Hampton Inn - Crystal City VA.
Project Manager: Responsible for construction of new 10 story hotel. $80 million project consisting of 151 guestrooms (103,000sf) and a two level underground parking garage

Architectural engineer; $295 million Historic Preservation project involving interior and core renovation work. Responsible for Engineering (MEP) mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems replacement.

Project Manager; Effectively managed $200 million CM contract for GSA, The project consist of total renovation and infrastructure replacement of the 1.5 million SF government facility known as ICC/CW/USCS. Processed and tracked submittals and shop drawings prepared scope of work for field changes and directives. Analyzed and responded to over 4000 RFI’s. Estimated and negotiated over 1700 change orders. Identified, documented, monitored and resolved over 50,000 punch list items
