Total project responsibility which included an Access Center, a seven story Ambulatory Care Building and a six-story parking garage. Value: $68 million.

New 50,000 seat stadium for the Colorado Rockies baseball team. Responsible for contract management and field supervision of all plumbing, HVAC, Fire protection, building controls, fire alarm, and electrical systems.
