Dear Hiring Manager:
I have managed and supervised projects as large as $125,000,000. I have the ability to manage and direct staff in an inspiring and productive manor. I have leadership training and know what it takes to control and manage large projects successfully. I am familiar with many types of contracts and specifications; I am able to self start on any project. I have worked directly as team leader with architects, engineers and subcontractors in the design build delivery method. I have attended the Bristlecone workshop for Leadership and have also been through 7 Habits training. I personally managed office staff and subcontractors to have successful projects.
I am familiar with MEP systems and have been directly responsible for MEP installations on large and complex buildings; including indoor Olympic swimming pools, redundant MEP requirements of data centers and hospitals. I was the MEP start up superintendent on my most recent project and I am knowledgeable of commissioning, training, and warranty issues in MEP systems. I am also a LEED AP and have an in depth understanding of LEED MEP requirements.
Sincerely, Bill Williams
