Budget Management/Cost Control: Composed and developed pricing updates for project for various stages of design and construction provided value-engineering alternatives for cost savings to the original design. Ranked in the top 1% of Project Directors in the nation to successfully manage a $135M electrical project. The owner, as a result of losing financial backing, stopped the project at which time Conti Electric was on schedule and under budget.
Leadership/Team Building: Assisted and helped create a safe environment for the project site where crew members could work without fear of not going home at the end of the day.
