Superintendent
Mr. Ricardo Rubio

To whom it may concern,
I am a supervisor with over 25 years of experience in building water, waste water plants and pump stations from
ground up to renovation and rehab. Projects from 1 mil. to 20 million. As a supervisor for your company
I would put my skill and experience to work for you to bring the project in on schedule, in budget and safety.
I am a person who is always willing to go that extra mile and push everyone who is involved with this project to
complete their task. I have supervised over 200 hundred men and subcontractors on job sites. As a supervisor
I handle all subcontractors by scheduling and making sure they have the man power on site to keep ahead of
schedule and tools and equipment to complete the job safely. I organize weekly meetings on schedule and budget
with the team party. As well as supervisor for over 25 years in the business I have contact with many tradesmen in
this field, from crane operators, setters, finishers, pipe layers, surveyors to laborers.
Experience in: scheduling, budget, safety, communicating with others, reading contract drawings, specs and seeing
ahead. Making up three week look ahead schedules for crew leaders to help them see ahead as well. Working
with city officials, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers. I can handle any type of construction not just water and waste
water and take on any size job with the right management backing me up.
Thank You,
Rick Rubio
Objective To use my 26 yrs experience for the benefit of your company.
