 Parson Place Project, a multi-family 56-unit residential complex. Supervised a five-man crew (carpenters and labors) Hired and oversaw ironworks to install the steel reinforcing; Installed the rigid installation and footing, checked for stability, poured footings, installed wood forms for the concrete slab, and set forms to grade, checked for squareness and levelness., labor crew poor and finish concrete floor. Total project was $20K per unit or $2.5M
 Installed the concrete canaries bases for the Metro Link Light Rail Expansion, oversaw others in the layout, placement, installation and installing of those concrete pillars. $8M job
 East Saint Housing Authority Housing New Construction, 6.5 Million, Multi-apartment housing complex (26 units). Installed stairwells, kitchen cabinets, soffits, framed and installed interior walls, lead of crew of four carpenters
 Built the Clyde Jordan Stadium. Hired and oversaw trades (cement finishers, masons, iron workers, plumbers, sheet metal workers, HVAC installers, carpenters, labors, heavy equipment operators). Completed the installation of the carpenter work, established and set grades, concrete form work, rough and finish carpentry work, install finishes). This was $9M job
 Converted apartment units into handicapped accessible units. Supervised crew of 18 men, demolition, widening doorways, putting in handicapped chairlifts for stairwells, converting sinks, tubs and showers, reconfigured bedrooms and closets, 40 units costing $1.2M
