• 23 floors residential over 3 floors parking, 4 units per floor, total floor area 18,000 + square feet per floor
• Responsible for all scheduling coordination, maintaining schedule, coordination of all trades and quality control
• Specific emphasis on coordinated drawings, coordinating layout and engineering of all trades and coordination and overlay and all railing drawings and block outs with relationship to post tension cable, maintain strict dimensional control of all centerlines of all columns, walls, stairways and elevator shafts, maintain consistent outside edge of slab measurements

• Three Buildings; High School, Middle School, Elementary School, Three Separate Locations, Three Miles Apart
PRIMARY PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
• Demolition of existing structures while maintaining ongoing school activities
• Interior demolition of existing finishes, windows, and all electrical, plumbing and all HVAC systems in portions of buildings to remain
• Renovation of existing buildings to remain and installation of new casework, windows and complete finishes of existing buildings including new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems
• New additions including; Gymnasium, Auditoriums, Classroom Additions and site work at all three buildings
• Complete renovation of kitchens, including new equipment at three buildings
