Mike Weber Framing- Started as a framer right out of High School with my dads framing company. My father was well known for his clean framing and that was how I was taught. Ten years of building ground up homes, barns, garages, patios, decks, and commercial buildings through-out so. Cal. My father is still framing up in Oregon on a smaller scale.

Fullerton Joint Union High School District:
*Sunny Hills High School: 2003-2005- Erected new Library / Classroom building from the ground up. Installed all new underground utilities, and foundation for new two story building. Including new quad and landscaping to complete in time for new school year. Took down eight of sixteen classroom buildings in 12 week phases from asbestos removal and demolition to new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and all new finishes. I took phases from 12 weeks to 8 weeks by the end of the projected schedule.
*Buena Park High School: 2003-2005-Erected new Library /Classroom building from the ground up. Installed all new under ground utilities, and foundation for new two story building. Also modernization for one existing building. I did both schools at the same time scheduled two weeks apart.
*La Habra High School: 2005-2007- Complete modernization on eighteen buildings, in two years. I started this school and finished it, 6 months ahead of schedule. I also spent one summer supervising and scheduling a million dollars in concrete placement. Not to mention all while school was in regular session.
*Sonora High School: 2007-2008- This school was an all indoor school, almost all of the classroom buildings were under one roof. The challenge here was to section off phases of construction from normal school operations. I supervised the complete modernization of nine classroom buildings. I also completed this project 6 months ahead of schedule.
*Fullerton High School: 2008-2009-Half million dollars of asphalt / new concrete fire lanes and new landscaping. Including two large quads with detailed score lines expansion joints, ADA ramps and stairs.
This is six years worth of work, approx. 70 million dollars in modernization and new construction bond money. I was the Superintendent on this project from start to finish with a great Construction Management team at Erickson -Hall Const. Co

As Field coordinator / Superintendent I dealt with almost everyone in the school district from Superintendents, Architects, Board members, Principals, Teachers, and Custodians. In my two years with this company I was in charge of putting over two hundred modular building in place. Including all ground work, deliveries, and set-up. I was involved in all construction meetings, and scheduling of the building process.
