Construction superintendent with over twenty years of Commercial and Residential (Condo) experience with a history of exceeding schedule and budget objectives on a wide variety of projects ranging from $1 million to $46 million. • Generated accurate and detailed daily reports that included documentation of progress, workforce, weather, deliveries, equipment rentals, inspections, delays, design issues and problems to prepare for contingency of litigation. This reduced the company’s exposure and legal fees.
• Photographed daily progress activities and problem areas on the jobsite. Organized, labeled and distributed pictures.
• Created and maintained schedules while accommodating frequent design modifications. Improved profit and productivity by avoiding delays from updating and managing the master schedule.
• Developed and implemented strategies to maximize quality and productivity.
• Reduced company’s legal fees while optimizing litigation prospects, resulting in avoidance of several large lawsuits, by tracking and recording the causes of project delays.
• Delivered outstanding quality on the Hofbrauhaus project despite a foreign ownership with minimal knowledge of U.S. construction processes.
• Proven ability to direct building construction operations ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, contracts, client needs, changes, inspection requirements, and safety.
