Responsible for monthly pay applications and tracking all financial exposure as well as tracking all purchase orders and scheduling deliveries. Work was completed on time and under budget.
Key Largo: Project Manager responsible for 75 million dollar renovation of 225 room Hilton resort hotel to include all guest rooms, three restaurants, five meeting rooms and four ballrooms. Responsible for confirming all scopes of work to insure any change orders would be the result of Owner requested items. Responsible for scheduling all deliveries to arrive as needed due to lack of storage space on site. Confirmed work in place for each sub contractor on a monthly basis to insure accurate pay applications were submitted. The hotel remained open during the renovation with minimum impact to guests. Work was completed on schedule and within budget.

I was responsible for managing all staff Engineers and providing support to the Senior Field Supervisor. I constantly walked all 765 units to insure that the highest quality of work was maintained. I was responsible for communications between the Contractor and sub contractors and Owners.
