Employment History 2007 to Current Garcia Construction Group Indianapolis, InSenior Project Manager and Account Liaison to LaSalle/ Kite at Elli Lilly Corporation. This position requires me to foster relationships with the Jones, LaSalle/ Kite Team of Project Managers and Lilly managers and cater to each individual’s style and demands. We developed a team that works within the strict safety and corporate guidelines at Elli Lilly. I negotiated contracts, general conditions and fees, estimated and budgeted project within the owner’s and LaSalle/ Kites guidelines constraints. I was responsible for the initial scheduling of projects using Primavera Suretrak or Microsoft project programs, negotiation of all contracts, direction of budget constraints, supervision of all pre-bid and construction meetings, manage supervisors and project engineers, consult with architect / engineering firms to help the design and implement all project documents. Directed three concurrent projects worth over 5 Million and was responsible for all owner coordination of four to six other concurrent projects. I was responsible for all Safety, 9-point plans and JSA’s and their approval. I was responsible for all cost status reports and pay applications in Timberline.2002 to 2007 Hokanson Construction inc. Indianapolis In.Senior Construction Manager at a management and development company. Managed Construction department for commercial development. Budgeted projects then estimated and bid all large tenant finish, new building and spec. building projects. Wrote bid specs, bid forms, bid scopes, and contracts. Help design projects within budget guidelines and lease objectives. Completed 75% of both Clarian West MOB building and Clarian North Hospital MOB building. Worked closely with development side to put together budgets for leasing and devlopment of tenant spaces and new buildings. Worked closely to develop relationships at Union Federal, Sky Bank, Old National Bank and Huntington Banks. At Hokanson, we worked as a true Construction Manager, a General Contractor and a facilitator on projects. Worked closely with merger of major companies and banks and helped develop plans to ease merger at designated time. Design, budgeted, bid and built 40 to 50 Medical large tenants finish projects for multiple architects. Reported directly to Vice president of Hokanson Companies..
