Private Development Inspector, 2008-Present
 Assigned to be Lead Inspector to work with County Attorney in order to get salvage yards in Harris County to become compliant with the new County regulations.
 Worked with FEMA in doing damage assessments from Hurricane Ike. These included both exterior and interior inspections of residential homes and commercial buildings for damage. Demonstrated superior communication skills in dealing with the public after Hurricane Ike and problem-solved the potential problems incurred from Ike.
 Monitor an assigned sector of Harris County, including areas which are susceptible to flooding, and submit a written report to my supervisor when these areas are in danger of flooding; Results in increased revenue for Harris County.
