* Arranged meetings and kept in-depth Minutes, both regular weekly contractor meeting and
those between specific players as required by project events.
* Pushed timely contractor/consultant Request For Information (RFI) turnaround to speed project;
* Ensured contract compliance with project documents both by continual onsite and office review
by project consultants and myself.
* Sucessfully built one new middle school on 1998 HISD Bond issue within budget; and two new
schools simultaneously within $50M budget on 2002 HISD Bond issue.
* Analyzed and developed CPM and other schedules; shortened job by eliminating "float".
* Successful claims analyst and negotiator—HISD Pin Oak MS, reduced $2.3M claims to $11K; J.H.
Caldwell ES, reduced claim from $43,000 to $0; St. George ES, reduced $1.5M to $0.
* Familiar with Houston area construction issues, civil, structural steel, stick’n’brick, tilt
wall, erection, waterproofing, metal trusses, roofing, restaurant, hospitality, institutional construction
issues, more.
