PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Business & Construction Management
 Accountable for all construction and service projects in the company.
 Prior to construction: Selection of projects with appropriate staffing; Review selection of subcontractors; Review bids and estimates with Estimators; develop General Conditions and review Construction Schedule.
 During construction: Review Budgets and Profitability, Monitor Construction and Procurement Schedules for accuracy, Ensure Quality and Safety standards are maintained, and provide leadership to the project teams. Manage the company risk by adhering to the Owner Contract and ensuring proper documentation sequencing of owner and subcontractor change orders.
 Responsible for company Finances and Budgets: Review individual project forecasts; Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for the company.
 Personnel: Advertise, hire and train employees; manage and monitor progress and performance on projects; Manage and monitor employee career development from on-boarding programs to goal implementation. Also perform and manage formal timely performance evaluations and recommend salary adjustments and promotions.
Construction Operations
 Managed the operations of all aspects of construction projects. See above for details.
 Project management for high end custom homes and custom home remodels.
 Project management for commercial projects: e.g. restaurants, office buildings and tenant improvements.
 Superintendent for restaurants, tenant improvements, remodels and mid-level housing projects.
 Manage estimating for negotiated and hard bid commercial and residential projects.
Property Development
 Managed the design team for housing subdivision development, including infrastructure, homes, marketing, finance and construction.
