Responsible for project development and management in the Southwestern United States. The completion of two waste water treatment facilities overlapped – totaled $18.2 million.
Managed and coordinated subcontractors for construction in this region for a design-build contractor. This included the organization of scopes and daily updates on project schedule. Responsible for the pre-construction, construction, and job close-out activities. Managed contractors to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, contract documents, building codes, schedules and budgetary constraints.
• Completed a new wastewater facility in Tuba City, AZ, for the Hopi Indian Tribe in conjunction with the USDA – totaled $5.2 million
• Completed two WWTF in Pahrump, NV. One was an expansion from 600,000 gpd to 1.5m gpd. Another new facility was rated for 750,000 gpd - $13 million
• Responsible for coordination of off-site infrastructure
