I am a results-oriented, hands-on construction professional, offering 32 years of experience in all facets of the construction industry. I have a verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects, through coordinating trades, developing relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients, while maintaining schedules and budgets. I am committed to improving my approach to the construction of all the projects I supervise, by employing new practices that will promote better production, schedule implementation and communication among all the members of the construction team. For this reason more than 30% of the projects I have supervised were able to be completed ahead of schedule, and 95% have been completed on schedule and with-in budget. My focus is to be continually productive through analyzing milestone adherence and moving ahead of the schedule to provide a quality end product.
My experiences in collaborating with clients, analyzing project requirements and determining construction specifications, while enforcing contractual compliance has earned me respect from subcontractors, clients, architects, and building departments. I am knowledgeable of federally mandated safety standards and demand strict compliance by all individuals on site. My contributions expand from assistance with project design, planning and development of schedules and budgets, to site management, coordinating and supervising of trade and labor staffs, both union and non-union.
My construction experience is very diverse, and was gained from my experiences in the field. I have been involved with commercial, industrial, and residential construction on all levels, from pre-construction, to general labor, to management. I have spent time in several unions, and have also worked non-union.
Following is a small representation of projects that I have supervised and contributed my talents.
