· Actus is a design/build firm specialized in privatized military housing projects.
· Worked on a team of design managers and consultants, developing project plans and specifications from schematics to AFC documents for Camp Lejeune, Phases II and III totaling over 400 million in GMP, including new and renovated housing units as well as infrastructure, landscaping and neighborhood facilities and amenities.
o Create original proposal cost plans.
o Add details to the cost plans, throughout the process, supported by quantity take offs, material and contractor costs and bids specific to the location and escalation potential relative to the market and construction period.
o Many scenarios have to be developed due to changes in client desires and budget restraints.
· Monitor cost plans after closing on phases II and III as well as Phase I, which was over 300 million in GMP. Altogether near ¾ billion in GMP.
o Provide trade package budgets to the construction team.
o Assist with combining or breaking down budgets to align with procurement strategies.
o Review contracts and PO’s as generated by construction for scope and correct alignment with budgets.
o Provide cost information for client CO’s as requested.
