Will supervises a maintenance staff of 12 to 15 employees, coordinates all subcontractors, attends Board and other required committee meetings. Services include siding replacement, masonry repair, and snow & refuse removal, painting, roof repair, and irrigation repair and water/sewer line replacements. This is all completed through stringent internal controls while keeping in line with current budget requirements administered by the Association.
