I have also been involved in “Value Engineering†to cut costs to our clients in order to maintain profitable in an unsure construction and economic market. And the use of quality contractors to maintain the reputation and safety on the jobsite, which I have also tried to secure with desired and long-term relationships from all parties.

2004 to 2007
Working with a General contractor in Baltimore. (Doracon Contracting) Estimation and Project Management. Work consisting of concrete work, site excavating, storm drain, water and sanitary sewer throughout the metro area. With projects ranging from fifty thousand to fifteen million.
2003 to 2004:
Working with a General contractor in Washington D.C. O’Donnell Const.) Estimation and Project Management. Work consisting of refurbishing parking garages, concrete work, site excavating, storm drain, water and sanitary sewer throughout the metro area. With projects ranging from twenty thousand to ten million.
2002 to 2003:
Working with a concrete contractor in the D.C. Metro area, (Shelby Concrete) Estimation and Project Management. Work consisting of high rise structures, Box culverts. and flat work with projects ranging from fifty thousand to fifteen million. I did not realize that they were in a financial problem plus their workmanship was poor causing more financial problems.
1995 to 2002:
Working with a utility contractor in Washington D.C. (Magnolia Plumbing) Estimation and Project Management. Work consisting of Storm drain, Water and Sanitary Sewer throughout the metro area. With projects ranging from twenty thousand to three million. I have a good clientele relationship with a lot of companies in the metro area.
