Responsibilities included estimating, bidding, contract negotiations, scope of works, negotiate and award material and labor contracts, critical path management, coordination of field related personnel, professional customer relations and positive dispute resolution, RFI, shop drawings, submittal data, client selections, local municipality inspections, accounting, acting in liaison with the Wilson Construction Mgmt (Permit Holder) to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of product within budget and ahead of schedule. I returned home when my work permit expired to work for another GC as I dissolved my company.
