Project Manager:
Managed all aspects of projects from ground up, retail fit outs and corporate interiors, including: proposals and contracts with architects, engineers, owners and contractors. Provided estimates, bids and contracts for client approval. Worked with Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC and all contractors in the planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and implementation of all projects, and monitored the daily work activities of all work crews performing construction and maintenance. Ensured policies and procedures were followed according to all safety standards. I assigned contractors positions, maintained scheduling deadlines, interviews, hires, and set pay structures as to AIA standards.
I provided Architects with submittals, and RFI for clarification, supplied sub contractors with scopes of work, plus Architect and Engineer information. I coordinated and scheduled subcontractors weekly or biweekly meeting until project completion, also was responsible in resolving issues regarding structural changes, revisions, change orders and value engineering.
Sales:
Initiating contact with fortune 100 clients through telemarketing and networking and referrals. From communication with the client, I designed and presented ideas and renderings with cost proposals or obtained bids from blue prints and architectural specifications.
Design:
Corporate interiors including lobbies, offices, gift shops, and cafeterias and residential housing.
Computer:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft PM, Quantum PM, Vector Works/Cad, AutoCAD, Form Z / Rendering, Illustrator, Photo Shop etc.
Landmark Building Systems – Modular Construction – Pottstown, PA
9/08 to 3/09 Title: Project Manager
Managed the in house and on site construction of a two story 17,000 square foot Middle school, and a 3,000 square foot Golf Course administration building.
NOTE:
I provided the engineer with suggestions and drawings to redesign 3” Electrical and HVAC piping through 10” steel I beams, to adhere to Architect stipulated 9’ ceilings in modular construction.

10/07 to 7/08 Title: Project Manager
Managed the construction of eight-unit condominium from framing to completion including submittals, change orders, RFIs, transmittals and corrective measures on TGI beams. Interacted with architect, engineer, and condominium association. Worked with homeowners in selection of finishing material, appliances, etc. which added $ 45,000 to the company’s profit.
NOTE:
I collaborated with TJI manufacturers representative and engineers, to correctly install their joist system, as per a post contract fire sprinkler system.
Summit Architectural Design & Construction – Doylestown, PA
1/95 to 10/07: Title: Vice President
Initiated contact with fortune 100 clients through telemarketing, networking and referrals. From communication with the client, I designed and presented ideas with renderings. With acceptance, sub contracted and managed the operation of producing complete retail store fit outs with custom cabinets and displays to the client specification. These fit outs included IT networking, plumbing, HVAC and electrical, also hired union labor as required.
NOTE:
By making innovative changes to HVAC for Palram mezzanine project was able to show a saving of $55,000, also collaborated with engineer to correct design flaw of elevator design.
Palram - 40,000 sq. ft. plastic production facility, Involved in the transfer of 440 electric service line from main facility to new warehouse.
Installed electrical and security alarm systems in my residential projects.
