Direct and organize infrastructure projects construction for a $20 million firm. Lead construction crew up to 50 trades workers. Analyze blueprints, hire subcontractors and schedule project milestones. Provide cost evaluations, purchase materials and design project budgets. Optimize project development processes by providing continuous planning. Inspect construction to guarantee that workmanship conforms to plans, specifications and contract requirements. Oversee the testing of plumbing, electrical and mechanical installations. Prepare baseline and updating the CPM construction schedule. Approve invoice and prepare monthly payment requisitions.
•Improvements to Villalba Water System- Villalba, PR: Construction of six booster pump stations, four distribution tanks, seven pressure regulator stations & installation of 34km of water main pipelines ($13.5M). Project includes the installation of 48m of micro piles (23m depth). The distribution system has a total water storage capacity of one million gallons. Pipeline installation was completed in one year.
•Piedras Blancas Sanitary System - Guaynabo, PR: Construction of a sanitary pump station and installation of 2.2km of pipeline ($2.6M). The system has a gravity line range 12â€-18†including house connections and a 4†force line for a private development.

•42â€Ð¤ Water Transmission Line CP-12 - Caguas, PR: Installation of 7.5km of 42†Ф water transmission line ($14.7M). One of the main pipelines in the island. All installation was at night to prevent traffic congestion.
