Qualification/Responsibilities Summary
Proficient and experience in project control principles, theories and concepts including
Performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, such as schedule development, control, and analysis, and cost engineering functions, including cost control, and cost analysis. Plan, coordinate, and provide overall project schedule, budget and progress measurement for both home office and field services. Developing, managing progress overall project schedule against baseline. Collaborate with other project management team member involved in development of the work breakdown structure, to support the project deliverables. Perform analysis of schedule data, communicating trends, issues, and suggesting mitigation activities and actions. Coordinate and prepare monthly schedule reporting and cost, including schedule forecast updates and schedule/cost contingency management. Maintain close liaison with cost stewards and other project control team members. Liaison with project engineers and expeditors in expediting operations and long lead equipments that may impact or delay project schedules.
