Yale University, Renovation of Jonathan Edwards College – New Haven, Connecticut
Project Manager
§ Completed an aggressive 14 month occupancy requirement for the $60 million renovation of the Jonathan Edwards Residence College.
§ Final Scope Review and Award of Subcontracts. Reviewed Final Subcontracts prior to being released.
§ Worked with Project Superintendent to develop Project Schedule and Site Logistics Plans
§ Responsible at project start-up for the review and coordination of Food Service Equipment, Elevator and MEP Trades. Oversaw the 3-D Coordination of Mechanical Systems for the Basement Level.
§ Develop Procurement Schedule and link to Project Schedule to provide “real time†dates for all deliverables.
§ As project progressed my role shifted to managing all cost for the project. In this role, my primary duties were to capture all running costs for the project. Responsible for cost reporting, requisitioning, and all aspects of change management. This included weekly meetings with Owner and Architect, Subcontractors if required.

Senior Project Engineer
§ Delivered this $40 million, 18 month project for Boston Properties. Project consisted of a 200,000sf 6-story, Class A Office Building, overlooking Route 128, and a 215,000sf, 688 vehicle Parking Garage.
§ Project received LEED-CS (core/shell) Silver Rating, June 2008.
§ Role on the project was to oversee all facets of the project in concert with the Project Manager including, buyout and negotiating of Subcontracts, coordination between trades, cost management, attend all meetings, updating of project schedule, and tracking of LEED Documentation.
§ Coordinated the purchase and installation of the projects web cam. Installation of the Equipment required negotiating with the neighboring Westin Hotel for access to, and use of their Roof for set-up of equipment for duration of project.
Vertex Pharmaceutical, Tenant Fit-Out – Cambridge, Massachusetts

§ Completed this $4 million, 20,000sf, 1st Floor Tenant Fitout of a Vivarium at 675 West Kendall Square. Project has resulted in a strong ongoing work relationship between Berry and Vertex Pharmaceutical.

§ Updates to Project Schedule and Change Management.

Genzyme Corporation, Tenant Fit-Out – Cambridge, Massachusetts

§ Completed this $6 million, 50,000sf, Tenant Fitout of the 5th and 6th Floors at 675 West Kendall Square.
§ Oversaw fit-out of the space, which was retrofitted to mirror the interior and the environmental principles of Genzyme Center. By leveraging some of the resources that earned the Genzyme Center LEED Platinum rating, such as transportation, water and energy use, and indoor air quality.
§ In December 2007, project received LEED-CI (Commercial Interior) Silver Rating.
§ Closely tracked all documentation pertaining to the LEED Certification.
§ Updates to Project Schedule and Change Management.
