Used measuring tapes for layout of structure, augers, footer pads, footers, slabs, columns, block, tie-beam, windows, door ways, stairways, interior framing, truss straps, trusses, cabinets, driveways, docks, decks and side walks to plan specifications.
Rough Carpentry
Using generators, compressors and nail guns, circular saws, chop saws, table saws, levels, tape measurers, framing squares, hammers, drills, framing squares in preparation of forms to precise specifications, to form concrete pads, footers, slabs, columns, tie-beams, pools, stairways, sidewalks and driveways. Also interior framing, truss work, sheeting (roofing and deco siding) wood decks and/or docks. All built to specifications and code
Steel work
Using torches, pliers, wire rolls twisty, rod benders to tie steel cages for footers, columns and tie-beams, stairways, and steel mats for slabs, pools, driveways, and pads.

Block and stucco work
Used levels, triangle and flat trowels, string, mud boards, and sponges to erect/repair and finish block and/or concrete walls, chimneys, catch basin. Using such materials as cinder block, face brick, keystone (other various stones), and stucco/mortar.

Interior Work
Dry wall/ Duro rock
Using drills, routers, key whole saw, razor knives, levels, mud knives (6â€, 12â€, 24â€), sanders, tape measures, mop heads and sprayers to hang and finish with smooth, orange peal or knock down finishes.
Interior wood work finishes
Used compressors and finish guns, drills, hammer dills, drill bits, flat bits, whole saw kits, chisels, screw drivers, nail taps, planers, routers, sanders, chalking guns, circular saws, chop saws, double miter compound saws, jigsaws, levels ( 2’, 4’ and 6’) to install/ repairs, maintains or fabricates, windows. Doors( wood, metal, bi-fold, and glass sliding), casing, base board, crown molding, staircases, railings, bead board, chair railing, window sills, shelving, wood floors, kitchen cabinets, bath vanitys and countertops. Installation/ repair/ maintain hardware, doorknobs, dead bolts, hinges, all type closers, and accessories.
Tile work
Used wet saws, tile cutters, tile saws, levels, squares, measuring tapes, grated trowel(1/8â€, 1/4â€, ½â€) to lay tile to floors walls and counter tops and pools. Using such materials ceramic, porcelain travertine, terra cotta, and various artificial and natural stone in construction projects.
Paint and stain
Used sprayers, all type brushes and rollers, sponges, rags to paint all finishes interior and exterior. Use spray washers, sanders scraper, solvents to clean and prepare a variety of wood, masonry, plaster, metals, and dry wall surfaces for painting or staining.
Metal work
Erect and maintain screen enclosures, awnings, gutters, variety of storm shutters
Renovations
Used concrete saws, chipping hammers, large compressors for big chippers, pneumatic scrapers, breaker bars/ pri-bars. To do numerous different types of renovation from editions, complete interior renovations, adding/ removing/ changing doors, walls, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, fabricates a variety of cabinets in Formica and wood, flooring, pools.
Heavy equipment
Backhoes used to dig pools, footer pads, footers, rain water drain pipes, stump removal, grease trap, load, scrape, smooth and/or spread different types of fill.
Bobcat move scrape, smooth and/or spread fill, and with attachments for chipping concrete, drilling auger holes, fork lift for moving pallets, claw picking up debris and sweeping roads.
Big Allis front end loader move scrape, smooth and/or spread fill, load fill and claw to load debris.

Landscaping Maintenance
Used tractors to mow grass, auger holes for plants, spread various types of chemicals(Fertilizers, insecticides, weed killers), gas weed eaters, gas blowers to clean walkways, edger’s, chain saws to prune/remove branches and cut up fallen trees, gas hedgers for bushes, spread different types of material(mulch, gravel, stone, ect).
