Responsible for maintaining all Human Resource functions corporate wide including advising and guiding multiple (multi-state) Human Resource Managers. - Established consistent reporting and recording procedures for all locations.
- Implemented electronic system for all 401(k) Plans administration.
- Moved all 401(k) Plans to one Trust/Administrator attaining substantial cost savings.
- Conducted corporate level investigations for all Title VII complaints.
