As a proud Ironworker:
I am wholly dedicated to my craft and am always looking for opportunities to further hone my skills, and better myself as a person and employee. I commit myself to maintaining a high standard of work ethic, and safety. I take direction well, this is not to say that I can’t be self directed and self motivated. I see my tasks through and have the confidence and knowledge to problem solve or troubleshoot when faced with a challenge. I take a great deal of pride in the work I do as well as a great deal of pride in my workmanship. I am not afraid to ask questions.
I once had an inspiring Superintendant say to me, “know what you know and know what you don’t knowâ€. I wasn’t really sure what he meant at first but walking away I had figured it out, and continue to expand on it.
