Ft. of retail space, during construction I coordinated the construction of 5 retail buildings with some Vanilla shells and other shells and all site work including building pads and all utilities for future Bank and Safeway, all owned by Shea Commercial.

ï± Involved in “Palmilla†(a small shopping center with two building and 12 suites)†located at Dysart / I 10 in Avondale, Superstition Gateway West (67 acre Shopping center) located / US 60 / Signal Butte in Mesa. Specifically in the coordination of various general contractors and tenants from the “shell†stage to vanilla shell, to complete tenant built out.
ï± Finished up Gilbert Township Plaza my task was to manage a sub-par general contractor until their contract was terminated I managed their Subs and completed the job, additionally completed tenant building outs.
ï± Involved with other large shopping centers at San Tan Gate way Located at AZ Ave. / 202 in Chandler, Greenfield Gateway located Greenfield / US 60 in quality control and construction management.
ï± Project superintendent in the construction of Walt Brown’s house (managing partners of Diversified Partners) personal high-end custom home located at Jackrabbit/ and 56th st., Scottsdale. A 10,000 sq. feet under roof constructed from ground breaking to Certification of Occupancy in 6 ½ months coordinating with subcontractors, vendors and interior designers building inspectors engineers etc.,

ï± Lexon owners: A building that had 7 suites; locate corner of Broadway and Ironwood in Apache Junction. I took over a job that was in trouble and turned it around. Built to sell and lease for RBI
ï± Lexon Owners: Filiberto’s Shell Building locate in Fry’s shopping center Extension/University in Mesa AZ. Built to sell or lease for RBI
ï± Lexon Owners: A building with 10 suites located Higley / Mckellips, Mesa AZ. I took over site towards the end of job. I dealt with many issues including a large sinkhole around the CMP pipes where the asphalt and the curbs and the site walls had all sunk and made appropriate correction, we had to involve soils engineers CMP piping manufactures correction.
ï± AZ Partners owner, Southern Plaza building name, Located Southern / Rural in Tempe AZ. Building had large suite for a Bank, 4 other suites to be leased out. From ground breaking to completion. Dealt with lots of City issues including bus bay. Other problem was in coordination with ongoing shopping center Mervyns drive through.
ï± Chili’s Restaurant, located Germane / Gilbert, Gilbert AZ Started from ground up to completion in 3 ½ months which is fairly quick for a Chili’s restaurant. Work with developer on an incorrect dirt Pad had to be rebuilt per Chili’s specs., all utility taps in the wrong place had to have coordination with developer to move to correct locations. Worked on getting out of the ground and getting the structure up quickly. Coordinating with Brinker (Chili’s Construction managers) in ordering the entire owner supplied materials. Worked hard at hardscape and finish material through out the buildings including color concrete floors and all woodwork inside and out.
