This 462,000 sf. expansion consists of a two-story addition and renovations. Below the steel frame structure is a 744-car, three level concrete parking deck All of the birthing facilities are located on one floor. The facility features a glass-walled atrium and a curved walkway linking the wing 10 the main hospital. The new birthing wing of 52 delivery rooms doubles the hospital's existing capacity, and the rooms are designed so mothers are able to stay in the same area throughout their delivery. Connecting structures contain mechanical and electrical rooms, classrooms. on-call rooms and surgical waiting. A small addition to the Cancer Center was also included in the scope of work for chemotherapy.

A 263-bed. 62.500 sf. student residence hall project. The facility rises three levels with structural steel frame and brick exterior, traditional Neo-Georgian style with classical trim and detailing. The project provides on-campus housing for undergraduate students in a traditional dormitory setting of two and three bedrooms with Social, educational and interactive support facilities to enhance the resident's campus experiences and opportunities, Paved parking for an additional 260 cars and related site work and landscaping is included in this project scope. An existing regional utility plant houses equipment to provide chilled/hot water 10 several buildings and will entail underground utility connections to the new infrastructure.
