Through strong client relationships, was able to bring in multi-million dollar projects for Tenant Improvement Division. In charge of vendor contracting and management. Monitored site utility, hardscapes and paving scopes, as well as sewer lift station. Interfaced with City of Redmond officials and inspectors. High level of attention paid to “seamless integration†of Town Center with surrounding Redmond area; development of pedestrian zones; and minimizing environmental impact upon Sammamish ecosystem.

Monitored complex ornamental metal contract performed by Seattle based contractor, for design compliance and quality control. Beat production deadline by one month.
DUTIES AS PROJECT MANAGER: Responsible for achieving the project goals which include yet are not limited to: cost, time, quality, safety and reputation. Specific tasks include generation and update of project CPM schedules, generation of project budgets, generation and monthly update of project profit projections, continual update of revision control, RFI and submittal logs, generation and administration of all subcontracts, generation of monthly payment applications, review of subcontractor cost proposals, assembly and processing of subcontractor change orders and pay requests and close-out/turn-over of completed projects. Negotiation and coordination with City Officials and compliance with local and federal codes on each project. Marketing of Company to new clientele. Act as liaison between clients and Company, ensuring that both the client’s expectations are exceeded and the Company’s interests are protected.
