Senior Project Engineer
ïµ Provided engineering management for greenfield construction and startup of 9 corrugated box plants (total responsibility for 6), expansion of 5 plants, and equipment layout revision at 6 plants.
ïµ Developed project justification and scope, wrote specifications and solicited bids, drafted purchase orders, tracked commitments vs authorization, developed project timelines, supervised construction and equipment installation, and supervised performance trials prior to handing the project over to production.
ïµ Have in depth knowledge of corrugating and converting equipment; also steam generation and distribution, hydraulic systems, compressed air, starch making, and scrap handling.
ïµ Developed and managed the corrugating roll program for 115 corrugator plants.
ïµ Author of the Energy Conservation Manual and Corrugating Roll Manual for the container division.
ïµ Maintained the division’s intranet site.
ïµ Was an instructor at the Container Division Training Center.
