To Whom It May Concern:
Anthony Vargas worked with me on the construction of the Dan Ryan Expressway. The time period was summer of 2006 through the fall of 2007. During that period he was responsible for: 1) the field verification of existing conditions prior to removal, 2) gathering and plotting as built data from storm sewer and earthwork and final cross sections of pavement and shoulders and earthen fills, 3) plotting and calculating volumes for earthwork and finally 4) verification of bridge and structure clearances and reporting same. Anthony work many long shifts and could always be counted on to be on site when needed. He coordinated his crews work with needs of the contractor and inspectors on these 3 projects whose construction costs will top 150 million. His work was timely and accurate and his self starter attitude aided me greatly in completing the task of managing these mammoth jobs.
I would not hesitate to use Anthony in future and will welcome any further questions anyone might have concerning his work ethic and capabilities.
