 Barona Government services Building, Lakeside, CA November 2008 – April 2009 $8 Million Project Manager. A 2-story Government Administration Building with LEED Certification and Tax Exemption. The building is 35,000 square feet with high end finishes including a 3-form panel system, water feature, and elevator. Additionally the project also included an emergency generator, external fire water tank, and central plant building. This property was developed on Tribal land work with Tribal Elders and community.
 Wells Fargo Bank Operations Facility, San Diego, CA April 2008 – November 2008 $8.4 Million Project Manager. Tenant improvement for the new one-story operations facility for Wells Fargo Bank includes the remodel of 22,000 square feet and an addition that brings the total square footage up to 28,200. Improvements include bullet resistant windows, walls, doors and roofing system. An addition of the nations largest vault, high tech security and monitoring system including security gates, man traps and armored truck loading dock stations.
Kitchell Contractors Inc., Phoenix, AZ May 2005 – January 2008
 Valley View Casino - April 2006-January 2008 $57 million – Project Manager/ Senior Project Engineer/ Project Scheduler -100,000 s.f Casino renovation and remodel including site work. Started off as a senior project engineer responsible for the finish trades, cost control, material procurement, problem resolution and project scheduling and subcontractor contract negotiations and monitoring. At the progression of the project my responsibilities increased with more scheduling demands and additional subcontractor responsibility for management and quality control.
 Fallbrook Hospital - Senior Project Engineer - May 2005-April 2006 - $6 Million renovation, remodel and seismic upgrade. Part of a small team responsible for all site logistics, worked directly with ownership group, infection control, project superintendent, inspectors of record and OSHPD. Responsibilities included management of all contractors, acting as site Project Manager for weekly meeting and cost management.
Sundt Construction, San Diego, CA 1998-2005
 2004-2005 Sharp Grossmont Hospital 5 story Shell with TI - $45 million, Project Engineer responsible for cost control of a $3 million water claim. In charge of tracking the daily time and material and scheduling crews and procurement of material. Worked closely with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Owner’s Representative, Hospital staff including infection Control, Inspector of Record, OSHPD and insurance adjusters.
 2002-2003 Eastlake Village Market Place - $13.4 million, Field Superintendent and Project Engineer for site work and underground utilities, construction of strip mall.
 2001-2002 Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center - $4.6 million, Assisting Superintendent & Project Engineer for addition of 28 bed intensive care unit with three nurse stations, addition of nurse station at existing IC.U floor and remodel of existing nurse station: 23,000 s.f. Intensive care unit, 1,100 s.f. Nurse station addition. The project included shell/core and occupied workspace. Specialty features include a family garden retreat and water feature and skylight. OSHPD controlled with infection control implementation.
 2000-2001 Santaluz Golf Course - $7.5 million, Project Engineer for construction of a new five-star resort and master planned community including six buildings: 7,200-sf of office/lockers/dining, 1,000-sf golf pro shop, 1,800-sf fitness center, 5,000-sf multi-purpose room, 2,200-sf office building, and 6,000-sf maintenance building. Specialty features: pool, cabana, outdoor barbeque, and exterior fireplaces, water feature and tennis courts
 2000 Cornerstone A & B – $4.1 million, Project Engineer for a 2-building office complex. The 3-story building totals 46,700-sf and the 2-story building totals 33,500-sf. The project includes shell/core and site work.
 1998-1999 Lomas Santa Fe Plaza Remodel - $2.1 million, Project Engineer for the remodel of existing plaza, hardscape, landscape and resurfacing of parking lot and parking improvements.
 1998-1999 La Jolla Radisson - $5.6 million, Project Engineer for a 70-room addition and expansion to existing hotel. New courtyard, pool, spa, landscaping. Two-story wood frame with stucco exterior.
 1998-1999 The Meadows Del Mar - $3.5 million, Project Engineer for design/build construction of a new five-star resort and master planned community including five buildings: 12,000-sf golf clubhouse, 7,500-sf maintenance building, 4,000-sf of covered storage, two remote restroom facilities totaling 500-sf, and a 500-sf range building.
 1998 Auto Parts Club at South Bay Marketplace – $1.3 million, Project Engineer for tenant improvement build-out in a 43,000-sf facility.
