Sole source responsible superintendent on projects $150,000 to $5,000,000: Duties included completion of all job related paperwork such as, Daily Reports, RFI’s, Non-Compliance Reports, Pour Cards prior to concrete installation, and all Safety Reports. Management of subcontractors included developing and implementing 3 week look-ahead schedules, running weekly jobsite meetings, attending owner and design team meetings, as well as voicing opinion and concerns on design intent. Maintained control of the following projects: Edy’s Ice Cream, The Hartford Insurance Co., Hewlet Packard, to name a few. Confident in managing T.I. projects as well as less complex core and shell projects.

Began career path with a modular home and commercial structures relocation company. Duties over 20 years were from field hand to division leader. As a turn key contractor responsibilities included site and lot prep, permit and local jurisdiction approvals, concrete footing and pad layout and installation, rigging and crane procurement and site plan approval. Created and implemented company’s new policy and procedure program in conjunction with upper management. Acquired complete autonomy from the President and Vice-President to overhaul, and refine new initiative program. Instituted interdepartmental cross training to raise accountability; reduce service and quality related concerns. As a result there was a great increase in work flow and production.
