I am currently looking for a Company where I can exercise my extensive back ground in HVAC Estimating, by using plans and specifications, vendor and subcontractor quotes, historical company performance data and feedback to provide timely accurate proposals. I apply logical thinking to a wide range of problems, then draw valid conclusions and make sound recommendations. In my career, I provide the leadership necessary to be competitive in new directions, using the latest technology to train personnel and set up documentation and forms; broadened the marketability of product lines by attention to client input and results. I perform well in high-stress, fast paced work environments, possess the field experience to account for the changing conditions and requirements, and attend to projects from $1K to $26M dollars with focus on the bottom line. I recognize and take advantage of good opportunities, such as a $12M project at an acceptable 15% profit, and build it into a $26M project at 26% profit.
Although working independently is not a problem for me, I enjoy and have proven my abilities to build teams and long term relationships with customers through networking and excellent communication skills. I take the initiative and create solutions while collaborating with both internal and external clients. These communication skills are built through constant improvement in studying, analyzing and practice. I value the support and commitment provided by a well planned and motivated team, whose goal is to provide the best solution to whatever challenges that may arise.
My strong work ethic and loyalty will be an asset to any role I can play for you. Detailed work history upon request. I hope to hear from you soon.

• Servicor CPI was missing potential sales with its limited standardized, read “rigidâ€, product line of Modular cleanroom components. Result: Broader appeal to customer base that increased sales and maintained profit margins.

Result: Making use of network connections, estimated, secured and managed numerous projects at ReadRite (now Western Digital), IBM and Seagate.
• As Yard Manager at Acme & Sons Sanitation, was charged with developing protocols and procedures for capital improvements to the properties. Defined and managed the demo of existing and installation of a new storage and office center for the fabrication and repair shops, communicated city and county codes to owners and supervisors to provide a clear scope of work and oversee the project. Result: Previously the Company had not sought permits for projects and had been Red Tagged by the City Building Department so this exercise was to clear up the problems and allow for future expansion.
• Because of an extremely short bid time Intel Phase 4 (clean room fab expansion); a team of 4 estimated this project. Starting with a $12M contract, project managed the HVAC portion of project with Intel maintaining the completion date but adding scope to the job. Result: Because of change orders and involving a crew of 10 to 45 men on each of two shifts, it became a $26M contract with a 26% profit.
