Construction Project Successes
 North Haledon Memorial School - Estimator/Project Manager for $3,000,000.00 Plumbing and HVAC systems in new school construction project. Project was on time and we exceed the anticipated profit margins. Received letter of commendation from LAN Associates Architects/Engineers Inc.
 North Brunswick High School – Estimator/Project Manager $2,300,000.00 plumbing /fire protect systems for large scale renovation and addition. Estimate was based on complex phasing schedule. This project also provided numerous change orders. Developed excellent report with architect, engineers, construction manager and effectively maintained project schedule, winning confidence of school board.
 Ortho McNeil Pharmaceutical Estimated and severed as Project Manager on numerous lab renovations and other building plumbing, HVAC and process piping renovation/addition projects for Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical. Consistently met project timetables and budgets to satisfaction of demanding client.
 House Foods – Serving as Project Manager $4.5 million plumbing, HVAC and process piping for new tofu manufacturing plant. Project required complex coordination and demanding schedule requirements. Project was on time and under budget. Developed excellent working relationship with project engineers, construction manager and owner.
 Sparta High School - Estimator for $3.8 million prime contract for plumbing /fire protection systems in building additions & renovation. Project was on schedule and on budget. Developed great working relationship with architect, engineers, owner, building department and other prime contractors.
 Fairlawn High School - Estimator/Project Manager $1,100,000.00 plumbing project with numerous science labs. Project was on time and with greater than expected profit margins. Developed excellent relationship with architect and owner. Received numerous change orders from owner making this project the company’s most profitable profit margins.
 Rutgers CAIP Building – Field Superintendant/General Foreman, supervised $7 million mechanical systems (plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and site work) installation for eight story administration, research and lecture facility on Rutgers’ Busch Campus. Successfully completed project despite multiple challenges including problems with local union. Project was on time with minimal punch-list. We exceed the anticipated profit margins.
Cost Estimation & Project Planning/Control
 Developed expertise in cost estimation and planning, effectively drawing on deep knowledge of construction industry to provide on-the-mark estimates of costs and timing.
 Effectively monitor progress and deviations from plan to maintain project control. For example, successfully documented and negotiated payment for additional costs incurred due to unanticipated project delays associated with large-scale construction project at North Brunswick High School.
Code Enforcement & Project Oversight
 Gained respect and confidence of management at Washington Mechanical to earn selection as Road Supervisor. In this role, oversee work, providing project oversight across all active construction sites.
 Accumulated extensive knowledge of construction and building codes through coursework and inspector certification programs. Earned qualification as Construction Official, Subcode Official, HHS Plumbing Inspector and RCS Building Inspector.
 As Subcode Official for Alexandria Township Construction Department, review plans and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with plumbing codes. Interact with contractors and residents to clarify requirements and make recommendations to bring construction into code. Recognized as employee of the year 2004.
