Project Director. Responsible for overall management of a $2.5 Million Dollar plumbing contract with the City of New York for the installation of water meters throughout the five boroughs. Developed, wrote and administered the database management program (Microsoft Access) utilized by the company to administer the contract. Responsible for the development of operational structures for the contract, contract compliance, supervision of all personnel (3 management, 4 clerical and 16 field employees), and overall project development and administration. Duties included the preparation and submission of all daily, monthly and progress reports required by the contract, all requisitions for payment, customer liason and the day-to-day operation of the project. Prepared, submitted and won an additional $6 Million Dollar award for the company in 2005.

Responsible for overall project development and administration for the American arm of a Soviet-American joint venture created to construct and operate a world-class hotel in Moscow, U.S.S.R. Duties involved negotiation with Soviet authorities, development of an operational structure appropriate for cross-cultural management, and the development and drafting of innovative agreements for the creation, construction and operation of the venture. Involved travel to Istanbul, Turkey and monthly visits to the Moscow site during all Project phases.
