Pharmaceutical, Chemistry and Bioscience laboratory and Vivarium facility. $40 Million
Coordinated the construction of the building frame and the installation of extensive HVAC and process piping. Tested installed equipment for compliance with specification. Related systems include: Labflex casework, Lindab ductwork, tissue culture rooms, autoclaves, clean steam generator, chilled water, carbon dioxide, deionized water and assorted gases. This project also included a signature atrium with conference tower and auditorium featuring high end finishes like upholstered wall system, limestone floors and wall, maple millwork with stainless steel trim and video conferencing systems.

From 1990 through 2001 served as Owner’s Project Representative/Manager for a number of public projects, primarily schools using knowledge of structural steel and concrete, building veneers and roof systems, interior finishes, fire protection, HVAC, data systems and equipment to coordinate the efforts of the general contractor and keep to the schedule while minimizing change order work. Each school featured kitchen/dining with seating for three hundred, auditorium and gymnasium.
