During this project, I was also asked to teach and do other projects, specialty items such as head board layout for a new Birthing Center at a local hospital.

Responsible for all aspects of troubleshooting and repair of a wide range of machines, such as lathes, saws, conveyor systems, punch presses, All electrical components in complete plant, vacuum loaders, and assembly machines.
Planned and implemented alterations to ensure safety, to improve operator ergonomics, and to increase machine productivity.
Designed and implanted preventative maintenance programs on many pieces of equipment. Also did blueprints on all equipment for ISO-9000 certification, using Auto Cad.
Designed and built many plc cabinets and control consoles, including but not limited to making phenolic labels too. This included installation of all racks and power supplies, as well as appropriate cards and all wiring to labeled terminal strips and Panduit covering.
Worked with voltages of 3160 VAC to 24 VDC. Mostly 480/277 VAC. Also see profile for detailed info.
This is a small part of what all I did as duties varied daily according to demand.
