Responsibilities included design development reviews, conduct cost reconciliation meetings, assemble project budgets, establish customer needs and nurture relations, improve design criteria and manage construction to assure timely completion within established monetary limits.
Responsible for the construction of several $100 million plus mechanized and refrigerated distribution center projects throughout the United States. Acting as a general contractor or owner, directed assigned on-site Construction Management teams to assure timely delivery of their projects focusing on budget and quality assurance to achieve established company standards. Collateral duty included senior estimating activities in the new stores operation.
