Reviewed subcontractor structural steel change orders for authorization of payment
($48M), with reductions of $2.7M. Conducted from a financial, civil review, Architectural
Supplemental Instructions (ASI) and Site Progress Certificate, perspectives.
Presented Structural and MEP change orders both base building and Tennant
improvements to the Venetian’s VP of Development, VP of Design, and Directors of
Development and Construction for “Owner†approval. Steel contract was $245M.
Managed the Quality Assurance testing consultant to completion of the Palazzo
Hotel Tower Project. Represented “The Owner†with respect to the QA Program for
the project, including scheduling, QA punch lists, signoff and Notice of Correction
processes with Clark County Building Department (CCBD).
Assisted the Senior MEP Project Manager in resolving Request for Information
(RFIs), concerning conflicts between the structural, architectural and mechanical
drawings. Resulting in bidding and managing structural steel and MEP subcontractors
on the RFI solutions.
Tennant liaison reporting to The Venetian Casino & Resort’s Director of Construction.
Conducted Structural and MEP base building improvements for future restaurants,
Barneys of New York and Jersey Boys Theater. Represented “The Owner†in working
with the Tenants’ Project Managers and Superintendents on Structural and MEP issues.
Composed potential change orders, field word directives, refined bid analysis, request
for proposal, and notice to proceeds. Conducted bid analysis reviews steel & concrete.

Coordinated all related trades with the Superintendents to provide staff support required
through the TCO process with CCBD and Clark County Fire Department.
