• Managed the Nevada Las Vegas Division of the Ryland Homes operation to include working with the regional office in operations staffing as well as projecting quarterly sales, starts, and completions for cash flow tracking. Directed the Forward Planning Department in acquiring future land, Land Development Department in the construction of future building lots and communities. Heading the Construction Operations in coordinating and building 44- models and opening 12 new housing communities all within a two quarter period of time. I directed internal operations in plan check updates, permit processing, tracking soft costs and projecting for future money allocations, and Purchasing, in contracting and national buyouts. Oversaw the Customer Service Department where we successfully moved our customer satisfaction ratings to the top of our region. I was vital in implementing the internalized scheduling system and training and acquired the top production numbers in Ryland Division.

I take an active role in meeting public utilities representatives and with the governing entities to expedite approvals.
