Summary,
I completed a 45,00 square foot data center for Publix Food Stores, this was a ground up pre-cast constructed building, with extensive site and utility work. I successfully re-worked the initial project schedule, and brought project into substantial completion on time, additionally ran a very successful safety program. I worked with entire support team to process all RFI, Change Orders, and all additional required paperwork. This was a very complex building with a multitude of design and structural requirements that were met and successfully addressed, including, battery rooms, ups rooms, back-up generator rooms and onsite fuel storage, as well as 2 300 ton chillers.

Summary,
I started 2004 with this company and took over a credit union ground up building. I completed the building punch-list and C of O inspections and paperwork, as well as supervised previous building demo and parking lot construction.
In April of 2005, I started another project for this company, a 2 story bank, located on the near south side of Chicago. This 9,000 square foot bank, presented a large variety of challenges, including but not limited to building this building with predominantly NON UNION sub contractors, in a very strong union area of Chicago, (Mayor Dailey's neighborhood, known as Bridgeport aka the 11th Ward). I successfully dealt with union pickets on the job as well as harassment tactics employed by the unions, including having the "RAT" on the job for over 60 days, as well as having numerous unscheduled inspections by the City of Chicago. In addition to special recognition by the company I was successful in bringing in this job 3 weeks early and under budget! After this project I completed 4 additional projects that were Tennant Improvement type and was named the employee of the month in July 2006.

Summary, I took this job with the understanding that I would bring it as close to completion as possible, and that in 04/05 I had made a commitment with DEI INC.to build a bank on the south side of Chicago. Mike or Tom will give an excellent reference and tell you that I was the best Construction Manager they have ever worked with.
